About the Competition

• Starting on Monday, 14^th March, 2 lucky Live 95fm winners (1 male, 1 female) will each commence a 6-week makeover worth thousands of euro, facilitated by The Live 95fm Dream Team.
• Live 95fm will monitor the progress of the winners over the 6 weeks, culminating in a ‘Big Reveal’ in Easter week.

• Personalised 6-week fitness plan, created by Woodlands Hotel Leisure Club personal trainer
• Twice-weekly supervised fitness sessions with personal trainer for 6 weeks
• 12 months membership of Woodlands Hotel Leisure Club

How to Enter the Competition

• Starting this week, Live95fm is seeking nominations from people who would love to win this prize!
• Entry is easy; simply email your name and contact number to success@live95fm.ie and a Live 95fm representative will be in touch with you.
• Entrants must be willing to commit to the 6-week programme and associated promotional activities.
• Entrants must be over 18 and pass a medical exam.

• Winners will be announced on Friday, 11^th March.
